Are you talking online or paper based? Personally I like World of Darkness, preferably Mage, but I also like regular and Vampire Requiem.

Ha While both options are lovely. I'm talking about adventure,horror, fantasy etc. With a an OC or a preexisting character

Character wise I generally like the swashbuckling musketeer/duellist type but I also have no qualms about donning a cloak, lobbing some smoke bombs and raiding purses >.<
