Yes it is, ThereisnoLion. The only AT that was removed in a recent update was the DACUS (Dash Attack Cancelled Up Smash). Canceling your run with a charged Up=Smash is still possible however.

I never liked DACUS anyway. Well, I'll have to try that. Pity I stopped using link in Smash 4.
