anyone play Osu! ^ ^

Speed isn't the key in osu though! rythm is ^^ (I realized that first now) I'm progressivly trying to get better at stream and faster beatmaps. I thought I was too slow, over and over and over again... turns out.. I'm not too slow.. I just miss because my press rythm is off :P

Speed is also important, you can get the rhythm of a song anytime but if you don't have the speed required you can't even pass it. Example: https://osu.ppy.sh/b/207721 [highest diff](227 or so BPM streams that follow the rhythm) Aim is also needed on jump maps such as https://osu.ppy.sh/b/633507 [top 2 highest diffs] (not impossibly fast but very aim-heavy). Accuracy is the skill that requires you to follow the rhythm, which, in my opinion is the easiest part of Osu!. Example: https://osu.ppy.sh/b/131891 (I know it's fast but if you don't follow the rhythm you go down faster than if you don't have the speed, but this is just one of the only ones in which following the rhythm is pretty hard). Learning the map is sometimes needed, especially if you're playing with mods such as Hidden or Flashback. A good example for this is the well known Can't Defeat Airman: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/24313 This is just from my experience, since it took me ~70 tries before I passed even once, but was quite easy to pass afterwards. These are some of the most ridiculously difficult maps I've posted so I suggest trying them but don't retry it 100 times because they are REALLY difficult even for experienced players.
