Does anyone here do chia drinks? I just recently got into that because it's got a lot of Omega 3 fatty acids. I also do caffeine free but that is because my heart rate goes up immensely if I have a lot of caffeine.

I normally hit the gym for a few hours on Monday and wednesday, and bike for a few miles on Fridays.

personally i have only been weight lifting...i used to do only cardio, but i decided to do something different and wild. i have seen results but that was only after a couple months of training and rigorous routine. if you are serious about working out you have to make a plan and stick to it.
