Still a person so yea who cares who you like only dicks judge. Id just be mad if she cheated on me with a girl more then if she cheated on me with a guy, id feel like i did a really shitty job haha.

Yes, I would. Would I be willing to do polyamory? Probably not. Instead I'd let her be dominant at times.

I would not. How can you be bisexual if you're in a relationship? It kind of leads to what elder_repear said about polyamary, which I'm not okay with.

Well she liked to play with our roommate in the shower sometimes as they were long time friends and very close and intimate. It was not like she was dating other women and it was not very often. She wanted to make sure she knew herself and finished exploring before getting married. Being bi does not mean you have to sleep with multiple partners for fulfillment. It just means you are open to forming those types of bonds with either gender. Poly is agnostic to gender and preference, you don't have to be bi to be poly. It is the "open" relationship some refer to.
