Do I need a real pic?

I'm trying to say finding gf not hard but finding someone you love is harder. Another thing I point out is many women than men. I feel is this something to do with doomsday.

Yes, I will agree. Finding anybody and settling is easy, finding love on the other hand is not, that's why attraction, physical and emotional, is important.

By not using a real photo you force people to judge you based on your personality rather than your looks. If some people assume you're probably ugly for not showing your face than they're in turn probably the overly vain type you wouldn't want to deal with anyway. Thats my 2 cents at least.

For a successful relationship, you need to be attracted to somebody physically and emotionally. If you disagree, you're lying to yourself or you're young and stupid.

^i agree, actually. IRL, it's looks that get my attention. Online, however, it's more personality. Then looks.

I always started out without a pic until they requested one (and gave me one in return). Usually my personality and appreciative nature had already won them over. Nowadays, no. You need a picture. It's all very superficial but if they can't take the time to appreciate the full package (personality and physique) so be it. Now, this only applies to online dating. Sometimes even only certain sites.
