600+ miles and now I'm down for the night. Thought I'd use the opportunity to ask about help meeting someone on here. I used my career to help describe myself, but after reflection, "and looking around the parking lot here" I realized I may have painted myself as a over weight grizzly bear of a man. Not so I promise. I'm no Russell Crowe, but who is? Damn him and his dreamy blue eyes, giving me weird thoughts! Huh, anyways. Should I do what I promised myself I would never do, and snap a selfie, so people can see whom they may be talking with? Seriously,I want to try this internet dating out. I'll except a cute trap at this point, just see how things workout.

Is really up to you whether you want to put your picture or not.

As I've said before, if you're serious about using this site to find a LTR, then imo you should have at least one or two real pics of yourself on your profile. If you're only looking for new online friends, then it doesn't really matter.

Thanks, but I seem to have a problem. After a uncomfortable moment of picture taking it seems I can't upload it. I just uploaded two more anime pics so I know it's working. Could it be the file size?

I had trouble too on occasion. The pic uploader is a bit buggy.

Could always try re-sizing the pictures, had to do that with all of mine to get them to work.

Even with a real picture, odds are slim you'll find anybody here who's not underage who's interested in actually having a relationship :/ #KnowsFromExperence

Yeah, this sucks. I've put myself out there, and nothing. Guess I'll give up finding a girl who has the same interests as me. Who knows maybe I can get a girl to become an otaku. "doubtful" I think this site should change it's image to a community site for otakus, and not advertise asa dating site.
