@Cielle Ah. That was just to say what a redline was since he didn't know what it was and I am bad at explaining them. So I picked random 3 redraws on the first page of the DeviantArt search that was the "most popular."

@Rina Ooh okay, I thought you were giving those as the best examples; that's fine then. Just looking at the second one makes me hurl, no wonder that artist had to remove all the comments, geez.

@Cielle yeah, I looked at the description after. If I had to say what a proper redline, I'd say from Sycra's critique videos https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jAmc5UmVT8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VboezgjYyfI But i figured no one would watch them cuz they are long, I suppose. But i would totally recommend watching Sycra's videos, Mumbling!

I've never heard of Sycra until now, but that's pretty great! Also, if you ever move onto digital art painting, you should check out Sakimichan. I fangirl over her so hard on Tumblr aha. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTQ_CTBvRM0 She only posts a preview on her YT, you have to donate to her Patreon to get her full versions.

I would round out the form a bit, it looks flat, even for anime style. Also gradiate the tones a bit more so certain aspects of your body doesn't get lost in the shadows. I cannot tell where your leg ends due to the shaded background. Best way to achieve roundness is by making the cross hatching a bit more round to the body and not just straight. The anatomy might need a bit of a tweak but it's not bad either. Overall looks good.
