Anyone can use it, it's just about using it in the right situations. This goes for any word or phrase.

I say nigga sometime, just not offensively. But then again I was born and raised in the ghetto of East Georgia, so I'm blacker than some black people.

It does depend on how you're using it but generally I tend to find it uncomfortable when it's used around me just because my mind is kinda wired pc naturally :/

People get offended too easily. If someone was truly being racist, fine, I understand getting upset over it. However, it's just a word and when you stop getting offended and turn the negative into a positive, it'll lose its meaning. The same thing happened with Beaner. It was a derogatory term for Mexicans from the 50s-60s, but not anymore, it changed from a racist term to a term of endearment. A lot of people of all races feel comfortable saying Beaner when talking to their Mexican friends now! It took a lot of time, but it happened. The same thing can happen with nigger. I'm not saying it will happen overnight, but when people are ready to make change happen, it will. @naito-kun- I don't know how many times I've been yelled at by a black person for saying negro/a when speaking Spanish, even if I was only talking about a black shirt! Everyone would think I'm racist because I said it. I'm not racist, I hate everyone!

lol you are so wrong. I guarantee you (at least where I'm from) if you call someone a beaner you better be ready to receive the consequences
