Topics sorting.

When you enter a Forum, all the newly posted topics are no longer all at the top. This is a burden on my last few brain cells. :P I tried to post this twice up in Site News, Questions, and Suggestions but my topic didn't show up.

lol, I thought you just posted once and it got sorted back to the top.
