guess i wont sleep tonight... i mean i just did a 48 hrs no sleep and got some sleep today... but now fukking sleep paralysis is preventing me to slepp... someone has a clue how to prevent that shit??? owo... i mean 5 times in a row in 30 min is not cool...

googled how to prev ent sleep paralysis... GET MORE SLEEP... YOU MOTHERfkker WTF AM I TRYING TO DO EGHHH????

i use to have sleep paralysis too what i found helped is dont fight it when you find out that its happening or itll intensify it and when you finally do wake up, lay on your side make sure to stay laying on your side iv never had a flare up when on my side, only ever on my back good luck ;w;!

OMG LAMBY when i started to go sleeping i was on my back... then I changed my position cause I thorugh it would help .. i changed 5 times... I woke up the 1st 3times as fast as possible... the fourth time I was like yeah ok give me what you want show me ... nothing---- but still woke up... last time i went in and started lewding it LOL... obv didn't help im herre...

so sleeping on your side didnt work :s? i know its mostly a stress thing, so maybe try working on things irl too :o? maybe try taking some saint johns wart if stress is an issue?

hmmm stress... did I have some... I will try sths out and try to go to sleep again... not that it metters anymore ... cause its 2am and i wake up at 5am xDDDDD... I will tell you of my... win tho if i do...

It's also a bodyweight thing. Heavier people tend to not sleep as well and tend to contract issues like sleep apnea. Eating right and being physically active help with getting better sleep.
