should I cut all communication I have with my ex ?

I did the same thing actually. My girlfriend doesn't know about the messages I have saved on my laptop. When I got lonely I used to type like I was typing to my future love... I have a lot of stuff for her to read when/if the time is right. It helped me cope with being lonely and really it encompasses a lot of my true views on love. Journals aren't a bad thing, sometimes you just need to vent even if it's on a piece of paper. Sometimes it's a good thing to look back on what you learned even if it just feels like a lesson in pain right now. You learn so much about yourself and what you truly need versus want. Introspection, it's a good thing. But, friends and family make cheap therapists too.;)

I have an ex that was like that a bit... Well not really. We basically had flings and fallouts over a 3 year span, eventually she got pregnant with the kid of some guy she slept with and I just came to my senses. We were still affectionate with eachother when SHE needed it, but I was done playing chase. She ended up with the father and they're in a good relationship, finally, so it's nice to see. We've been drifting apart since then so we only see eachother maybe once a year now, and all the bad blood's gone. So, I'm just gonna put this out there. If you actually love someone and the relationship ends, you're better off not seeing them at all so you can have some time to heal, especially if it was a toxic relationship.

The best way to get over a guy is to get under another. Whatchu doin this weekend? ;P

I think I'll go to Disneyland.....see if it's actually "the happiest place on earth" as they say!! ...I better come out of there with a huge smile on my face XD

An ex is an ex for a reason, you guys broke up. You deserve someone better instead of compromising just to keep your relationship. just my opinion though ^_^
