Funniest game stories?

Video games are great for many things, but once in a while just something really weird and amazing happens that makes you laugh like hell. So what I'm asking is what funny things happened to you guys? One experience I had was in Skyrim. I was walking in Riverwood with a storm thrall and a companion and I was throwing cabbages around to level up my alteration and I accidentally hit someone with my cabbage, which caused my thrall to aggro and shoot his chain lightning at my companion and like 3 other people, which in turn attacked the thrall...which then exploded and killed 5 people and got me a bounty of 5000 gold in a matter of seconds haha. All from one cabbage, beware of them my friends.

There's too many for me to remember but a recent story went like this. Me and three (four if you count the friend i was switching controllers back and forth with) other friends were playing New Super Mario Bros at one of their houses. My friend's father was sleeping so we agreed to have two rules, "No screaming and Working together to beat the levels" Of course the opposite happened. We were throwing each other off cliffs, leaving each other behind, stealing Yoshi's, running too far ahead, throwing Koopa shells everywhere. This all lead to screaming and even having my friend going so far as to pause the game to cuss us out xD then out off nowhere later on she screamed at the top of her lungs "F**K ASS!" which got us all in trouble.

Hmm.. where to start.. I was playing Legend of Zelda, Wind Waker one day and as I was sailing to Ruto Island, the game suddenly decided to glitch and I fell through the sea and it suddenly looked like I was flying through the sky. My cousin then looked at the screen and said, "Well, I guess the 'wind' is taking you places you never wanted to go now huh?"

Well... I saw this as hilarious. In Grand Theft Auto V I was at the airport over by the orange gas tanks. Some guy was coming up to me. I was driving a van of some sorts. I fired my SMG at the gas tank and it began leaking. Unknown to me, a bullet struck the gas puddle. The guy then carjacks me and drives the van back to the gap between gas tanks... AND KARMA STRUCK! Just as he hits the gas, the fire travels into the tank causing it to blow up ALONG WITH THE VAN! I laughed so hard.

A bunch of old ladies in spring dresses ambushed me in a dark alley in Fallout New Vegas yesterday. They tried to kill me with Rolling Pins.

I read it online before trying so it isn't a random happening but it's still hilarious to attempt. In Ground Zeroes there's a watchtower along with a catwalk for the guards to survey the heliport. The only way up there is a ladder. If you make trouble nearby, they'll have to come down to investigate. Here's the funny part: you climb the ladder about 75% and stop moving. All the guards will start to climb down, one after the other, slip because you're in the way and fall down to their death.
