Fallout 3/New Vegas

I haven't seen any topics on this game yet and is there is any then I'm sorry I missed it. I know they're old games but still lots of fun, and since I keep hearing about a Fallout 4 coming out sometime in the next few years (Hopefully soon) I can't help but get excited and replay them. I love these games even with some of the flaws they have. And I want to know what other people think about them. Or if there are other games like this that I should play. So? What are your thoughts on these games?

Love the series, can't wait for any sort of announcement for Fallout 4, have you tried to play the Original classics 1 & 2? Both games are great, and possibly the 1st is my favorite. Have you checked out the Nuka Break Series? It's on YouTube, great fan live action series. Hmmm if we are talking about the Post Apocalyptic type genres of games I can say you should try out the S.T.A.L.K.E.R franchise (PC only) great games with rich atmosphere, the Metro franchise (Xbox 360, Ps3, and PC) amazing and deep storyline. Also they are remastering both Metro Games for next gen, known as Metro REDUX. Last of us is an amazing game (Ps3, Ps4 Remastered). Some upcoming games I'm looking forward to are Nuclear Union, and Survivian.

Oh man, Fallout is amazing, I'm a huge fan of the series! Can't wait to hear at least some news for F4. And I'd suggest getting the DLCs for both games if you haven't already gotten them and if you already have 'em and you play on PC just get some mods, some of them can really change the entire game!

I haven't played the first 2 games actually. Truth be told I only heard about fallout when New Vegas came out. Then when I tried to find the older ones I only found 3. And Every time I try to get the first 2 something always goes wrong with the download. By the way, thanks for mentioning Nuka Break. That was awesome. I don't know how I didn't know about this. XD I'm just waiting for Metro REDUX. Love the series. As for The Last of Us. I played that game to death. And I still play it, not the online though. I suck at that. XD Now I'm just looking for that S.T.A.L.K.E.R one. I haven't heard of it but it seems pretty fun. I do have the DLC for both of them. And I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed them. XD I mean, I became captain of a spaceship. XD Unfortunately I suck with mods. I always mess them up and I have no idea how to install any of them. :/

Sweet. Thanks for that @Mumbles. I can never figure things out like these because something either changes or updates or because someone just does it in a really complicated way. XD

Fallout 3 <3 Played 1 & 2 after 3 and didnt manage to get very far T_T I got far in the Brotherhood of Steel game though.

whoa, hold on now. I've never heard of a Brotherhood of Steel game. Is it its own separate game or a dlc for one of the others?

Brotherhood of Steel (game) is a spin off for the Xbox and ps2, but is considered to be the worst game and an abomination by the Fallout Community. Personally I hated this game, haha. Also forgot to mention Fallout Tactics, it has a similar play style like 1 & 2, this game is great. Some consider it Canon and some don't. They make some reference in Fallout 3 that Fallout Tactics happened. The events of Tactics happens after the 1st Fallout game.
