sometimes when things are shit, i think of that one line from american dad. when the french guys submarine gets destroyed and his lifes work is ruined and he takes a drag on his cigarette and says "life, eh?" like i know its some joke on the french but it kinda makes a lot of sense like, yeah this is what happens with life anything can happen, and knowing that bad things are going to happen you just need to go with the tide and save your strength instead of fighting against it and becoming exhausted im not a fan of "hope", i prefer to be a realist about things and just keep my eyes forward, not staring at up at what could be like staring into the sun i suppose if i had to think of a quote that makes me feel better is pretty clique, but "its always darkest before the sunrises." but i just dont like to try and sum up everyones experience and the randomness of life up to a idiom
