Character Limit?

Hello, all. So, I'm planning on posting a series of stories that I've written, but I'm curious to know if there's a character limit here for posts. Most of my chapters are around 50-70k characters and I would just like to know if there isn't a limit, or I'm just stuck having to break up my chapters.

Not sure if anyone knows if there's actually a limit or not, but to find out you could just post your thread with an amazingly large amount of text, and if it won't post, you'll know there's a limit. If it does post it, you can edit the post and replace the gibberish with your stories.

There is a limit. The spam bots hit it constantly., thus why their posts get cut off.

Any idea on what it is exactly? Is it 20k characters, as that seems to be the norm for most forums.

I grabbed a cut off message from a bot, and with spaces the character count was just over 3200. About 550 words, or roughly one page of text on standard 8.5/11 paper.

o.O That's actually pretty tiny (by my standard)...ehh...maybe it won't be worth it to post my stories here. Le sigh.

Well, for a normal forum, I can kinda see it. It's not really a dedicated story board :(
