I don't know. I honestly don't think a relationship where the other person is incapable of growing with me is attractive. I kinda think if this situation were true, it's an unhealthy relationship. I mean, that's the point of a relationship right? Where people grow together and learn from each other. You can't really have that in a relationship where you'll always be the superior. ... Does that make sense? haha. It's also probably cause I just watched Her so I'm all full of opinions about this idea of perfect, unrealistic significant others
I can agree that I like the personality and looks of 2d girls more than 99.9% over real girls, but of course they are unrealistic. With real girls I am not super particular about looks but with personality, most seem immature and materialistic. Others are just looking for the first guy they can find to relatively meet their standard so they can get married and pop out kids. Finding a girl who likes me for me and just wants to experience life and adventure (and watch anime) and doesnt want to just get a career and get married and buy a House and have 2.5 kids because that's what society expects, seems to be a real challenge.
While we all have our "anime crushes" I suppose, the simple truth of it is, is that they're just characters. So no matter how perfect they are, they'll never be as satisfying as finding someone in real life.
Are we talking fappability here? If I use my penis as a compass, than nothing beats real life porn. However fapping to hentai sometimes provides a more imaginative and engaging experience.
Now if we are talking in terms of love and personality, 2D girls take the cake. Some people would get sick of exaggerated personalities, but I'd be happy with it. Take this scenario: Real life girlfriend opens the door and says, "Hey, you forgot to take out the trash again." -or- Anime girlfriend kicks open door screaming "Baka baka bakaaa!" I just love the flavorful personalities.
Unable to bitch at you unless they learned sign language?
