Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD

I'm a big fan of the FF series especially FFX. I was just wondering if anyone has played the HD reboot on the PS3 and whether it's worth buying?

I'm playing it on the vita. I don't even really like FFX, but I like trophies! Hahahaha. I mean, it's nice if you've never played like the international version but other than that, there's not any other significant changes, I think.

I really like FFX, but I'm not interested in the HD remake. The remixed soundtrack is ok in some places and terrible in others. The new face models aren't as appealing to me either. There's a widescreen mod and a better shading mod that really makes the old game look good, and since I've still got my PS2 and my copy of FFX, I'd much rather do that than buy the HD version. This is all my opinion though.

Oooh I loved FFX when I played it.. a while ago.. back when my ps2 still worked :( I'm thinking of buying the HD version cause I never finished X-2

I actually went in pessimistic about the arranged music, but I seriously couldn't even tell in-game. Same experience pretty much, it was awesome and in some cases I even liked the changes (the battle theme was a bit more upbeat). One of the better looking HD ports out there too. I'm still having a hard time getting into FFX2 though... lol

Honestly, I think the only reason I got it was because I wanted a portable version. The Vita totally negates the HD aspect of it I forgot how annoying getting 100% completion in FFX-2 is
