DBZ. Cliche', but I'm talking early Voltron/Samurai Troopers era DBZ haha. I would say Trigun and Bebop were the ones that really got me hooked.

As a little tyke i watched sailor moon and gundam wing before i even knew what anime was. But my first official anime was Digimon and then Saiyuki
