Lets think about it shall we. As much as i love anime and gaming I am more then aware that anime is a small niche compared to other things out there. Its a cute gimmick to most but thats about it. Creating a place like that would not lead to any profits and since cities need profits to operate it would most likely fall apart. I think the best thing to do would be to incorporate a small part of a town into anime centered as long as it brings in profit from the otaku crowd then it could ride the back of the rest of the city.

I already know that it would bomb but still if there was one in the states I would try to get a job there. Personally I think that would be the best way to go about starting it.
