Application for Moderator/Sub Admin?

MO has a lot of people that are on the forum on a daily basis, it'd be cool to see some moderation/community admins on to clean up topics that don't need be in certain areas or trolls (such as Fudo Zen). But if it hasn't been suggested already (didn't see it, or I just need a better perscription), to have an application for mods/other admins to help out.
