SSL Support added

MaiOtaku now supports SSL encryption. You can point your browser to https://maiotaku.com if you're ever using public wifi and need a more secure connection.

Images will continue to be sent over HTTP for the time being. AWS does not support SSL cnames at this time, and we're not going to do any of the workarounds. When it's implemented or when we have time to do something else is when also we might add HSTS.
