Have you ever watched an anime series that made you hate it but want to watch it to see if it gets better...only to be let down horribly? What was it and why?
Personally right now I started watching a series called Tears to Tiara and I'm not sure if I can finish it...it's just...bad. There's what seems to be a constant harem being built around the second main character, while the main character seems to be the brunt of misfortune and joke. The relationships are unrefined and shallow at best. The action is rather boring. The only thing that makes me want to watch it further is to see if something good ever happens to the main character, which seems highly unlikely...
Pokemon. The first seasons were enjoyable for the simple idea that worked as a kids show but then the plot repeats itself and the designs for the characters get worse and worse til they reacht he level of super kawaii desu yo nigga chan
Hahaha I'll agree to that as well, plus ash never grows up mentally or physically. He tends to go full retard sometimes too. They should have stopped after the first gen seasons, or switched to different characters or something like they did with the new series they did for the x/y release. Hell, red accomplishes more in 6 episodes than ash has in all of his seasons combined.
School days is pretty horrid, but what did you like about Tears to Tiara? I mean the setting is alright, the animation is pretty good, but other than that Arwan seems to get undeserved attention, while Arthur struggles somewhat honorably through damn near every situation and never gets rewarded for it. Riannon is cookie cutter princess, while the other women 'accidentally' become part of Arwans harem to which there is no further definition outside of the first contact. Plus I mean...Faries, Elves, Humans, Spirits and Dragons all look the same. Only dragons can transform into a pretty shoddy dragon, and spirits have white hair and can glow...it's like they were trying to make everything as shallow as possible.
Honestly there are certain character plots and development that I really liked and arwan only gets two girls that's it but the plot gets thicker in the end then makes sence
Arawn has 3 wives and there's also the 2 'fairy' servants that are utterly devoted to him I'm still watching it through to the end though. I have to finish a series I start. Which character plots are you talking about? I'll admit Garius' plot wasn't too bad.
I thought they were going to drag out her character more, but unfortunately they didn't...and they ended her story so cheesy too, was rather disappointed. On a side-note, I just finished the series and was pretty disappointed in the ending as well. I mean Arthur gets a sword and a crown...but it's just so hollow. The choices the writer made making this series just baffle me sometimes...and not in a good way.
