I think if America wants to make anime movies, they should have the creator or director of that anime help in the making of the anime, so it wont turn out like Dragon Ball Evolution and The Last Airbender.

To be fair, the creator of Cowboy Bebop is helping with the creation of the live action movie, so it might be possible for it to be good.

No, none of the actors have been confirmed. It's in pre-production from what I heard.
