Guys who like conversation

i've learned that if i keep talking i bore people or i just say stupid things, so when i got into my late teens i started to listen to people and try to understand them. now i only really talk if a topic is something i know well, or someone needs advice that i can give.

lol Well, isn't conversation a necessity...? xD Couldn't imagine being friends with someone who just nodded and grunted at me every once in a while to cue towards something... . w .;;

I love talking , but im not very social and most of the people I know have nothing in common with my self so we have nothing to talk about

Of course. Some other guys can't carry on a conversation to save their lives. It can get even more awkward when you mention you're into other men. "Don't hit on me!"...Like you're my type, anyway? Besides, can I not -just- talk to people without sexuality coming up? I can go on and on about my interests, and I try my hardest not to be awkward, or anything. I was sheltered for a majority of growing up, so I can still have trouble; For the most part, my efforts are successful, it's still resulted in a lack of long-term friendships because I hardly have things in common with people that I meet face-to-face...or with what we have in common I end up being more or less passionate about it than they are. So I end up keeping most of my quality friendships online. I speak best on here...so I don't mind. Sometimes. Anyway, I'm new here, but anyone can hit me up, anytime on MSN. I'm always down to talk.

i realized when i talk i usually say too much lol i've learned to listen and carefully think about what i'm going to say buuut if we're talking about a subject i really like i may go on too much and you'll have to stop me haha but when i'm talking to get to know someone i try to go on about things they like. i like being versatile so i try to talk about anything that comes to mind :) (i think i just rambled haha)

I'm quite shy but i can start small talk with strangers but once someone talks about anime manga music or video games i cant seem to shut up lost a couple girlfriends that way

Conversation is (at least for me) the biggest Turn-on when it comes to meeting new people.

It is hard to find a man or woman nowadays that can actually have an intellectual conversation. I love to compare stories about life with people and just genuinely grow from one another.
