Looking for New Place to Live and Roommate!~

^Lol don't we all... Those honestly don't seem like too many rules to me they just seem like some normal things someone would look for in a roommate. Hmmm wish i could help out but I don't move out until next year around July at the earliest plust I'm in Virginia, the opposite side of this continent lol.

Edit: Thanks everyone, but I just paid cash for a fairly large (4 bedroom+attic bdrm, 2000sqft) house in Toledo, Ohio. It was $32k, but looks amazing. If anyone is looking for a place that has insane deals on houses, come here! If you live around here, or want to move here, maybe I'd be willing to rent a room to you (for close friends, I'd only require the bills be split). Too bad I can't delete all the troll comments. C'mon guys, is it really that hard to believe I'm being serious about this? Nice to know there are lots of sheltered brats on here.
