The anime I get since most continue from the manga. I like the manga more. Even though the first few chapters had a different art to them.

That last rule sounds good especially the last little part, a few questions about it if you don’t mind elaborating, how does that effect self-defense, and does the part about not harming one’s self does that make it to were you can’t smoke, drink, or ETC?
