if your trying to gain weight exercising isnt gonna help. you'll just burn the calories you need in order to gain weight. what i was doing was gaining my 140 lbs now, get in the air force and secure my spot and then use the mass gainer before and after exercise. that way i replace whatever calories i burn off. i recommend getting it. it really does help (although its expensive) like almost $40 for a jar that will only last a week. (but i stretch it and just eat twice as much)

yeah bro. with christmas and everything coming up im gonna be busy. then rolling into he next year im gonna start going to my air force recruiters office. and while im waiting to get my date set for when i can go to BMT (cuz im determined to have them accept me) im gonna be exercising and getting in shape and building muscles
