It's in my experience that pretty much anyone can "pull off" most full body cosplays. The most important thing past the construction quality is how you handle yourself in that costume. Pick a character you really like. I'd usually recommend picking one whose body type you fit, but from your pictures you have a body type that matches most thin anime characters, so that's not much of an obstacle here.
