Some cons can be very overwhelming. Anime Boston is fun but it generally has 10, 000+ attendees daily. I like the smalle ones more. AAC had maybe 5, 000 between the three days. Plus the guest interactings were more personal.

That, and the crowds. It's difficult to make a real connection with so many people around.
