Well I've read J.R. Ward books, and I have Dresden Files on my Ipad just haven't got around to reading them. I might give it read. it's funny though urban fantasy seems to be an extension of romance novels just more entertaining and some respects and a more badassness (not a real word). But I started romance for the duels and the sex scenes when I was like fifteen so why not.

I've read a lot of romance, and it is predictable, but was good source material on how to build of side characters that can take center stage int he next novel. I've been thinking of doing something with urban fantasy but haven't found the exact way I would go about it. Maybe you have some ideas. I can say I have folder on my computer of stories I need to finish. It's sad I get distracted and want write in a different genre and so stop my projects to get that need out of my head.

it's super cool that you're a writer as well.I would still love to read some of your stuff, I checked out the June Camp NanoWrimo are you going to try it again in August? I wish I had finished at 50,000 words I'm close to 100,000 words and I hate editing more than anything else. I have a habit of missing little words or just jumbling something because I'm so excited about what I'm writing then when I reread I think I put in all the missing stuff. Then like a week or month later I'm like what the hell no wonder no one liked this crap :)

Yeah I do write a lot, it's my passion. There's nothing better than a person reading something you wrote and telling you how much they enjoyed or a scene/part they loved that you worked hard on to create.

Dark Heaven is a fantasy novel based on a world I created with help of my little brothers & sisters along with there artwork. the first book is almost done a couple more chapters.
