I saw your discussion with xueli. I am always interested in learning more on the technical side of production and have a been interested in the use of VST and the other plugin formats. Perhaps you could share what resources you have found useful in learning about them.

That's cool. When I started I actually worked at a recording studio and then got formal training in audio engineering. I don't really play with vst. I have used Max MSP and Ableton for instruments and stuff but I mostly just mix and master
