I've always had a interest in it since I was young, it's my favorite type of art, plus I love Japan. My favorite anime... hmm...that's very very hard to choose, I've seen so many. I pretty well get into any of them, my first anime was Sailor Moon, and DBZ though, so I guess it all started there, now a days, I've been watching soul eater, sword art online, pretty well anything I can get my hands on lol
Thank you! Nice to meet you too!
Ah! Greg Ayres! He was here last year and I didn't get to meet him! I wanted to go to the Yoko Kanno concert- or any of them really- but I heard something about you had to get tickets in advanced or something? They've never done that for concerts at Otakon before.
Haha, oh yes. And Todd did a wonderful job. I adore him, and when I met him (I'm a huge, smitten fan of his) I was shaking so badly. Lol. I knew Vic wasn't going to be there because it isn't really his thing, you know? But I loved it, haha.
I went to the VAs After Dark too! I was right in the front with my friend, and we were standing and SCREAMING when Todd started stripping. Haha, THAT was the highlight for me. :D I read on Otakon's website that there was like 35 THOUSAND people there, or something like that. It's NEVER been like that in the years I've been. So yeah, maybe the staff was overwhelmed by that.
Weeell, meeting Todd Haberkorn- because I adore and love him and it was my first time meeting him. But really, this year was quite terrible from my experiences in past years. You had to be in line FOUR hours prior to the time it started if you wanted to meet any of the VAs, and the regular panels you had to be in two hours beforehand. In the previous years I've went, you could step in line half an hour to meet someone like Vic and still get to meet him and all. I guess it was just because this year was the 20th anniversary, but still. The overall staffing and organisation was terrible compared to years in the past. Other than though, I had a good time! I just didn't get to do much.
Thank you ^^
I have! And I absolutely love it. Have yet to see the live action movie though. It's on my to do list.
No i didnt! I'm so disappointed with myself, i got all scared and then isolated and blah!
I've never been to a convention, but i want to go to some!
