how rotate photo please send help

I honestly don't know much of what to say here except, you know, I like anime and video games but that's probably a given since I'm here.

I do cosplay but I've slowed down a bit with my job taking over my life. I'm currently trying to make a Yuri Lowell from Tales of Vesperia cosplay but there's been some issues (mostly that I'm not a sexy beast like him but what can you do?)
