Same here except I'm a bit of a shopaholic. I went to A-kon with $200 cash and when I came back home I had spent about $600 on convention merchandise. ^-^ Thats $400 more than planned.

I'd think you'd make a great Rei. The Oc thing does sound cool but of course everyone will come and ask who you cosplaying lol. I understand your money situation, my friend and I are currently selling at artist alleys and online to make cash. So far I've saved up $5 from the cash we made for a cosplay lol. I think at saving money.

I'm planning on going to Realmscon in Corpus Christi this october can't wait. I still deciding on what to cosplay too. I'm stuck between Juvia from Fairy Tail or Miranda from D.Gray-Man. What cosplay are you thinking about.

My summer's been packed with catching up on anime I never got to see during school, like Black Butler, Elfen Lied, Chibi Devi, Shugo Chara,, Tokyo Majin, Gurren Lagann, and a plethora of others available on Netflix and otherwise! ^_^ But my dad's going to make me volunteer in the library. D: Oh, and I adopted a new puppy at the beginning of summer. He's a little gremlin. xD Half Chihuahua and half Yellow Labrador, I think. We call him Dobby and Rokus Pocus, and officially named him Roku. He's only three months and he's getting pretty big. xD
