I saw the 2nd Death Note live action movie yesterday and I'll see the spin off film tonight. The TV Drama ended this week and with the announcement of the Death Note movie in 2016 (which is a continuation of the Live Action films), I'm really in the Death Note mood now. I might even read the manga sometime before the film comes out seeing as how I've watched the anime. I've been told that the story is basically the same, but their events just happen differently and the anime doesn't include certain details here and there from the manga, such as the fact that only 6 Death Notes can be in the human world at a time (excluding the ones carried by the Shinagami, making it only 6 of them can be on Earth at a time).
