Its because of the picture. No words, just a picture, my first word I thought when I saw that picture for the first time is "pity". Well, maybe that's not the message you want to comply. Correct me if I'm wrong, what's your thought when you post that?

Use the mouse cursor and put it just above the skype button on the the task bar, it will appear four small icons representing your current state, click the green one. Or just go to your icon and click the white circle to change state.
