.oh that's why.. most people there dont use it, maybe just for business people. In here we use it often times specially in school and office. Thats why most of us are good or can understand English.

but you can speak English quite fine, right? . no its not rare to speak with 2 language, because we use English in school before, .don't you use English in school?
