ah that's cool that you want to help others like that. You'll prolly be good at it too since being in their place helps you understand what they are going through ^^ Anyways i hope it'll work out for ya.

It's not too bad. As I've found with all workout plans, the key thing is record your progress. Let's say you try a P90X routine and the already-super-fit-models on the TV screen are able to do 25 reps in a minute, but you can only do 12 before you're laying on the floor in a pool of your own sweat. Just write down 12 in a notebook for that routine and then the next time you do it try to add on a couple more reps. Next thing you know, in 3 months or so you'll be getting 25 easy. It's all about holding yourself accountable and setting goals, small steps at a time!
Nutrition is another huge part of it. I've seen shakeology do well for some friends of mine so give it a go!

Interesting is the nice way of putting it XD But it pays well and I get holidays off and most weekends. That is until they change the schedule at the end of the year but that's a totally different story! I'm glad it's Friday woot! You have plans for the weekend?

Fitness instructors/personal trainers can become certified as a beach body coach. That means they can do online fitness training on the beachbody.com website, where all the classes that you've already heard of are posted (P90X, Cize, Insanity, etc). So my trainer is about to put me through a 15 week program that involves mostly P90X with some tailored routines around the martial arts I already do. He's local, but I use the classes through the website.
