I usually do too. Maple syrup contains a lot more sugar, so I don't use it too often. Plus it needs to be refrigerated after opening, where as honey doesn't, so I can keep some honey in my desk at work.

Hmm, I've never had milk tea. I did discover a little bit of maple syrup (real maple, not cheap "pancake" syrup) is pretty good in green and mint tea too.
