a setting is usually a good place. depends on what you want to happen in the story. perhaps you can start off with some personal insight.

oh i know. you have to ignore those people. they're usually mad because they've realized that they're not that good of a writer and they want to take it out on other people. you just have to be tactful and shrug off their insults. i'll always give you tips, if you want some.
