Hi! I'm a recent college grad from Long Island, just started my new job and looking for someone just just hang out and watch stuff with!
A bit about myself before blathering on about anime! I love nothing more in a person than the ability to speak intelligently and with confidence. Outside of anime(otaku dating site, its a given) I'm a gamer, with a penchant for sci-fi and fantasy. I enjoy watching action, super hero, and clever comedies! Reading is a passion for me, like with movies, I'm in love with fantasy, working towards the Dresden Files in particular right now.
While most of my core interests are media stuff, don't think that means I don't like other stuff to! Its just all I can think of right now -_-0
Now on to the fun stuff! I'm that guy who is willing to endlessly discuss plot points, characters, and motivations in movies, games, and(of course) anime! Never been to a con sadly, but I will get to one some day!
As for preferred anime genres, I tend towards comedy and action anime, though I'm willing to try any genre at least once! I really enjoy anything with a clever or unique main character, from the deadpan Yu from Persona, to the intelligent, cool, and just plain interesting Akira Takizawa in Eden of the East.
Relationships between characters are really important to me, nothing is quite as frustrating as maintaining the status quo! Seeing them change, grow, become better and more than they were before!
My top 5 list right now in no particular order are: Eden of the East, Persona 4, Fate Zero, Date A Live, and Kokoro Connect.
I also enjoy VNs Like Tsukihime, Fate/Stay Night, and Saya no Uta!
