Yes those would work a good place to start is osplaywigs on ebay. And cleaning isnt the nightmare people try to make it be. Realy soaking in cool water. Shampoo rinse and let dry. Is what most need.

Well wigs aren't hard at all if you have some idea of what you want. A good way to start is a character with short hair. Look at cosplay heat resistant wigs on ebay. Have a wig cap and you're golden. Oh they were horrid when she was Yoko. But I think the issue is the girls who are just doing it as a show. I actually had a bad run in with one girl being payed by con goers to make out with female cospayers. It's just blegh. So the idea is if you dress skimpy you're looking for trouble.
