aw shame you are still struggling to sleep it must be getting very annoying right now XD if you can get your hands on some try drinking some chamomile tea before you go to sleep as that helped me when i had troubles sleeping so hopefully it can help you too. eh that cuts fine nothing to worry about although my workplace have jokingly asked if i wanted an accident book all for myself so they've caught on to how often this happens XD

Stepping out from an abusive relationship. Leaving someone who blamed you for everything. Accused you of being someone you are not. Insulted you and put you down when you showed them nothing but patience and kindness. And how they guilt tripped you to re-enter your life, again and again. All the lies they told you. Talking and flirting with others when you stupidly waited everyday for them.
Now that I’m out of the picture. I looked back and asked myself, why did I even like this person? Why did I put up with their nonsense？
There’s no way of understanding, perhaps it’s what they call a karmic relationship. Something I have to go through in order to meet the one.

It’s just that I’m quite traumatised by the whole experience as he was extremely abusive. I’m deffo feeling better each day and leaving the pieces before. Really happy to make great friends here ^^

Two ways about creating seedless fruit.
First, for some plants it's simply making sure the flower isn't pollinated. Then if you need seed ones for reproduction, you do pollinate them.
Second is crossing a plant with 2 sets of chromosomes with a plant with four sets of them. These plants always make seedless fruit and can't really reproduce.
