I'm keeping my expectations low for the new versions. Seven generations of pokemon, they can't keep up the good times forever. I mean adding a more story driven quest in the new games has helped but they've still taken out fun features from other versions that could have been added in for newer games.

Nah, Magnolia is far from a female Ringabel. But I agree with your words about Ringabel. He's cool and yeah I think I do prefer the first game over the second, even with the hiccups of repeating things several times over. Meh, I much preferred the trainer customization over amie. I could care less about the waifus. I mean the translation is terrible and they're changing things from the original japanese games. I mean just look at one of the characters for Bravely Second. They completely changed a character and class from a native american look to a cowboy(or girl). Eh sorry to get all serious and blah on you. Amie I feel is tedious. Right now, just revisiting Dissidia: Final Fantasy Duodecim. Earlier I was playing Freedom Wars. The best I can compare to would be like a fast paced Monster Hunter with modern weapons.

With how much the western branches messed up FE Fates, and all the other censorship, I think I'll be spending my money more wisely. I actually have been playing more of the Sony products lately.
