When I wanna do some art and music that needs to get done but have to scrap an idea for new ones cause it ain’t good enough and I can’t focus

Debating between some chocolate I ate some pasta Sudafed and Spam Like none of these things I’m allergic to yet some how my nose has gone to hell and early this morning I started salivating a lot and irritated throat. I wonder if I got sick from outside to. Like I got the same stuff I got from hazelnuts reaction which is something that can “off me” and this morning was terrible, I’m fine now but like... idk I really can’t figure this out for once about what has been causing what. Really odd symptoms
