Oh wow there's a lot of random shojo manga I like..off the top of my head..I know I already recommended the Kodocha manga..a more well-known one is Marmalade Boy (not sure if you've read it)..kinda reminds me of a soap opera if manga could be one XD I liked Saikano..hmm..there's Kare Kano..I liked the Tokyo Mew Mew manga..I guess you could consider it shojo, more like magical girl kinda genre..oh and Pretear (the anime) =D Lol that's probably a lot, but anyway, hopefully one of those interests you ^_^

Yay, already on vol. 3 =D I've never read the OHC manga, just watched the anime..one of my favorite shojo series, highly recommended >_<

LOL yeah the first time I read it, I found her dad a bit odd...ok, really odd..but he's a minor character so he doesn't appear that much, kinda like Haruhi's dad in Ouran Host Club..actually, aside from the cross-dressing thing, they act pretty similar XD Lol have no fear! From what I remember, they never do anything like that to her..and I don't think her love interest(s) would let anyone get away with it even if they tried XD
