I've never heard that saying before. But I completely agree with you. I would MUCH rather have a cool cloudy day. That's awesome, I wish I could tan.

What's Peru like? I like cold weather personally. I mean hot weather is good for my hair but I just could not move somewhere hot. I'm also super pale and I don't tan easy I burn really bad which is another reason why I wouldn't move somewhere hot. Plus I would miss the snow during the winter... I love winter.

Wow. I've only been living here in Oregon for as long as I can remember. Also lived in Peru for 3 months with family. So do you like the hot weather or the cold?
