Since I'm new here I haven't gone through every anime I watched yet, but I'll make sure to add Gintama. Literally I just watched the English movie last night instead of doing my homework XD. I can't wait for the second one to come out! And you're right Hijikata is awesome even if he does have a mayo addiction. His English voice wasn't too bad either! Though I wish he was in the movie more. That and it's so cool because he has the same seiyuu as Zoro from One Piece and Masamune from Sengoku Basara. Even though he's my favorite Takasugi makes one great antagonist. And I agree, Kei really needed a chill pill in the anime and stop being so whiny. In the manga he was cooler. Although I still say Nishi made the series due to his 'lovable' personality. Have you seen the live action films? I haven't watched Berserk but I've heard of it, and I'll definately give it a try! Did you ever watch the anime for Togainu no Chi? And I'm happy that I've gotten to cosplay finally this year. I have a costume to go as Yuu Kanda from D. Gray-man in the third uniform, but I'm waiting for my sister to get her Lavi cosplay together so we can go together. For now though I've been going as my OC from the Durarara RP my sister and I do and she goes as hers. Who all do you like to cosplay?

Thanks! I'm so happy that you recognized the character! XD I didn't think you know the series since it wasn't on your list of anime. I'm surprise that not too many people know about Gintama, considering it's another Shonen Jump similar to Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece. Hijikata is my favorite too! He tries to be serious but it's impossible for him to keep his seriousness, being constantly surrounded by all the goof balls in the series. I was holding Elizabeth because there was a showing for the English movie of Gintama, and a group of us cosplayed from the series to go and watch it. One of the guys there had an Elizabeth with him, so we abducted it and was passing it around, posing for pictures XD I love Nitro+ and their arts (I try to collect their art books), and Nishi is amazing! I have both read the manga and seen the anime for Gantz, but I definitely prefer the manga a lot more than the anime. The music in the anime was so abstract, and Kei was so whinny and annoying. He's a complete bad ass in the manga though, and you're right, Nishi really shined through in the manga than in the anime. Have you heard of Berserk? It's a really good series similar to Gantz, but is fantasy based instead of sci-fi like Gantz. If you love Gantz, I'm sure you will love Berserk as well. Berserk also have an anime and a manga series. You should check both of the out if have the chance, but just like Gantz, the manga is way better and more in depth. I'm jealous that you get to attend all these conventions. Do you cosplay when you go?

I love Nitro+! Togainu no Chi is my favorite, and I really want to get into Lamento and Dramatical Murder because I've heard good things about them and they look cool. And Psycho Pass is on my list of things I really want to watch and plan on watching soon. As for Gantz, I've read the manga and watched the anime. I love the opening for Gantz, but I prefer the manga because Nishi gets revived. Which do you prefer?

Sure I'd love to meet up at Ohaycon! I can't wait for it next year. Do you know any more good conventions going on in the area during this year? Last year I went to Anime Punch in the winter and even though it was small it was a lot of fun.

Since you said you like Togainu no Chi, are you a fan of Nitro+ and their other works too such as Super Sonico, Demon Bane, Jingai Makyō, Lamento, Guilty Crown, Psycho Pass, or similar? It's also really awesome that you like Gantz! Have you read the manga too or just seen the anime?

Sure I would love to go! I'm definitely going next year, and hopefully my sister will be home so she can go too. And I just found out that I won't be able to go to Colossalcon because some stuff came up, unless something magically pops up and I still can go.

I've been attending for awhile now while missing some here and there. For the past few years (exception to 2012) regardless where I was I went to Ohayocon. Next year will be my last for awhile because of time, money, and travel. I live in CT but still attend it and it does cost. I will come back one day. We can meet up next year if ya want, I plan on making it the biggest and best Ohayocon I ever had. Alot of money, time, and effort will be put into this including a hotel party.

Aw man, but hey maybe we can run into each other at Ohaycon next year. I've gone every year for the past few years. Are you moving next year?
