Do you like Japanese food other than the usual kinds in America like instant ramen, American hibachi (actually teppanyaki) and sushi? There are others in Japan such as dorayaki, okonomiyaki, takoyaki and Japanese curry. I cooked this with homemade garam masala and used that to make curry roax to add in this recipe. Instead of store-bought ketchup, I added homemade. It was absolutely more enjoyable than my Japanese language teacher's kind with store-bought curry roax and corn kernels, but not as easy nor quick to make. http://youtu.be/kktvhgQ_01g
